Chances are that there is an open network issue explaining any problems we are facing. Please do not create a ticket if there's an open network issue.
Steps to take before creating a support ticket
- Check to see if you can ping the IP address of your service. If you can, your service is up.
- Is your service offline? Check from the contract panel and "boot" it to see if it turns on.
- Have you modified settings on SolusVM, reset VNC password, or re-installed the VPS? Try rebooting it first.
